Antibacterial EO Water Generator Warranty

Please retain a copy of your order confirmation as proof of purchase. You’ll need this to make a claim. Without it, we reserve the right to reject any claim under this warranty. Please also note that the warranty is for the benefit of the original purchaser only and is not transferable at resale.

This warranty covers the following defects in workmanship and materials of a Spacewhite® antibacterial EO water generator that has at all times only been in normal domestic use and treated in accordance with our FAQ.

• Product damage due to manufacturer negligence
• Under normal use, mechanical failure occurs
• Defects or damage found after receiving the product
• Missing accessories

If it does not fall into one of the categories above in the 'What does the warranty cover?' section, then it is not covered by our warranty. The list below covers examples of issues that are not covered. These examples are illustrative in nature and we reserve the right to refuse cover for items not listed here.

• Human-induced damages, corrosion, rust, cracks, burns, dents, damage, incomplete parts and other surface damages on the product.
• Damage caused by human accident, negligence, improper voltage input, unauthorized repair or modification; direct or indirect damage caused by not following the instruction guidelines.
• The warranty only includes the maintenance service of all hardware. All accessories and extensions of the antibacterial EO water generator are not included in the maintenance services. After replacement, any damaged parts will belong to the company. The Company will not be liable for any scratches or damages created during the maintenance service.
• Any torn-off, alteration or damage to the original warranty label. (Any applicable)

The warranty starts on the date of delivery of the antibacterial EO water generator and lasts for one (1) calendar year from that date.

To make a claim under this Warranty, please send: 1) a brief written description (and photo, if possible) of the problem or condition that you believe constitutes a defect; 2) proof of purchase (such as your order number or an original dated sales receipt) to [email protected]

We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to require photographs, further information or descriptions, or to physically inspect the antibacterial EO water generator prior to accepting a particular claim under this Warranty.

Should shipping costs be required to return your antibacterial EO water generator under a warranty claim, you will not be responsible for those costs.

Any evidence we receive regarding the potential warranty claim, including the antibacterial EO water generator itself in some cases, will be cross-examined and evaluated by Spacewhite®. When we have received the evidence we need to do so, we will decide at our sole, reasonable discretion if your claim is covered under the warranty.

If we determine your claim is covered by the warranty, Spacewhite® will repair or you will get a refund. Spacewhite® reserves the right to offer you a similar replacement if your item has been discontinued. The warranty period does not restart, but rather continues from your original purchase date.

In case of discrepancies between the English and Chinese versions, the English version shall prevail.
