Free Delivery to HK and Macau

We offer free delivery on orders of HK$300 or above to both Hong Kong and the Macau area.

Express Delivery

Most orders can be delivered within 3 business days. We will ship within 1 business day. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and the tracking number provided by S.F. Express afterwards. You can use the tracking number provided to track and trace your latest order delivery status by visiting S.F. Express website or SFHK APP.

  • Once the order is shipped out, any changes in the address shall be arranged with S.F. Express by contacting their Customer Service directly. Any incurred expenses shall be borne by the customer.
  • If the shipment cannot be successfully delivered to the customer due to personal reasons, please contact S.F. Express directly in order to make further arrangements. If the delivery cannot be reached multiple times, your order might risk being cancelled and not refunded.
  • Delivery service is not available to Frontier Closed Area. You can select self-pickup at S.F. Stores/EF Lockers for your purchased package(s) if necessary.

Delivery is free of charge to outlying islands (Cheung Chau, Lamma Island, Peng Chau, etc). You can expect your purchase to arrive within 5 business days.
