Can I ask someone to receive the delivery order on behalf of me?

Yes. You can ask anyone you trust to receive the order on behalf of you. Please leave the name and contact of the recipient while filling the delivery details.
Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email from us, and the tracking number provided by S.F. Express afterwards. You can use the tracking number provided to track and trace your latest order delivery status by visiting S.F. Express website or SFHK APP.
